Jakarta, IO – A new talented European rock band called JELUSICK enlivens the realm of rock music. Following its formation in 2017, JELUSICK released its first album, “Follow the Blind Man,” on September 29, 2023, under the Escape Records label, with 11 songs ready to rock the world.
JELUSICK is a group consisting of four musically-talented friends: Dino Jelusick (vocals, keyboard, keytar), Ivan Keller (guitar), Luka Brodaric (bass, backing vocals), and Mario Lepoglavec (drums, backing vocals).
“Follow the Blind Man” includes 11 songs in total, with some performed at the Rock Nacht Festival in Switzerland and numerous cities across Europe.
Dino Jelusick, the vocalist, answered politely when asked about his favorite hit. “It’s difficult to separate your own ‘children,’ isn’t it?” he said. “Those songs are like babies to us.”
Dino and Keller were members of the band Animal Drive, which recorded the first version of this album in 2019. The band disbanded due to conflicts with the previous label. However, the CD was rescued and returned to Dino.
“After forming JELUSICK, we decided to re-record it and update it with new ideas and several new songs. We worked on it for four months and are quite pleased with the result. We enjoyed the production process, and we are happy that this album has received many good reviews from popular music magazines,” expressed Dino.
When Dino and his band started their European tour with only one song under the old record label, things were difficult for them. In live performances, Jelusick most commonly combines strong, heavy, and progressive music with a touch of blues, showing the band’s dynamic spirit, one that mixes numerous musical experiences and expertise.

“We don’t have any patterns. We never calculate what should be done to be more successful or how we can sell more music and CDs. We just got into the music and gave our best for the band,” explained Dino.
Following their first released album, Jelusick stands by the principle of crafting musical works that prioritize their emotions, energy and musical ability. “We would be very happy for our months of hard work’s results, or simply listening to how the four of us relate to each other in our songs,” said the band.
