Jakarta, IO – Yudi Saputra, an Indonesian citizen in Los Angeles, US, has been reported missing since Wednesday (31/8).
Foreign Ministry’s director for Indonesian citizen protection Judha Nugraha said the Indonesian Consulate General in Los Angeles had received the information, per CNNIndonesia, Tuesday (5/9).
Judha explained that Yudi was a student at California International University. He is said to be living with his family.
“Based on initial information we received, he has been missing since August 31 while working part-time as an Uber Eats driver. The person concerned lives in LA with his wife and a child,” revealed Judha.

His family has reported his disappearance to the local police. Judha said the Indonesian Consulate General has been assisting Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) in the search efforts. (un)
