Jakarta, IO – A number of water salesmen fill clean water into jerry cans to sell in Muara Angke, Jakarta, Monday (4/9). The intensity of rainfall in Jakarta has decreased and the long dry season has had an impact on clean water availability in North Jakarta. This has caused sales of clean water to spike.

According to Toto, 38, one of the vendors in Muara Angke, every day he brings dozens of jerry cans filled with 20 liters of water priced at Rp2,000 to Rp5,000 per jerry can. He reveals that he can earn up to Rp80,000 per day.
