Jakarta, IO – PT Krakatau Sarana Properti (KSP), a subsidiary of PT Krakatau Steel Group, celebrated its second anniversary on July 1, 2023. PT KSP, already in its second year, is eager to become a champion both within Cilegon and in other regions.

Iip Arief Budiman, the Main Director of PT Krakatau Sarana Properti, stated that at an age of just over two years, PT KSP has been able to add value to Krakatau Steel’s assets.

“KSP’s youthful spirit will allow KSP to grow outside Cilegon, by helping level out industry and the economy beyond our region,” said Iip Arief Budiman on Friday, July 7, at the 2nd anniversary celebration of PT Krakatau Sarana Properti, “Celebrating Growth and Vibrancy” in Krakatau Junction, Cilegon, Banten.

PT KSP remains enthusiastic about working fast, sensibly, and thoroughly towards achieving the Company’s Work Plan and Budget (RKAP).

Due to the requirement that industries operate in a specific industrial zone, the law has given KSP more opportunities to operate outside of Cilegon. This allows PT KSP to collaborate with a number of parties to establish industrial estates in various areas, one of which is in the Gresik region.

“Three weeks ago, we seized an opportunity from a plan to develop an industrial area in Gresik from one of Krakatau Steel’s partners. They recognize PT KSP’s competence in managing industrial estates, so we welcomed the offer and will review it,” said Iip.

PT Krakatau Sarana Properti (KSP), founded on July 1, 2021, is a subsidiary of the PT Krakatau Sarana Infrastructure (KSI) Subholding. As a company whose main line of business is managing industrial estates, KSP is competent in providing and managing industrial estates with complete and integrated services, including the infrastructure and facilities required by investors in the Krakatau Industrial Estate, such as roads, ports, electricity, water, and gas.

KSP is an experienced firm in building and managing industrial properties through integrated Krakatau Industrial Estates (KIE) in KIE 1, 2, and 3, as well as warehousing, including Krakatau 1 Warehousing, Antarctic Warehousing, Australian Warehousing, and Krakatau 2 Warehousing, as well as ready-to-use Factory Buildings. KSP is an experienced developer and manager for their commercial properties, which include hotels, golf and sports centers and housing.

Iip added that PT KSP will concentrate on property and warehousing, as the demand for both sectors remains high. According to Iip, PT KSP plans to develop 1-2 additional housing units in the near future.

PT KSP currently manages 64 warehouses over a total of 14 hectares of land for warehousing. The warehouse management has been running for nearly ten years, which has seen PT KSP to become successful in maintaining their business. (rp)
