Upon entering the museum room, there is a Pop Up Artisan Market bazaar in collaboration with Pasar Keliling. In this area there are about 10 micro, small and mid-sized enterprises (MSMEs) booths. One of them, the Abhati fashion brand, carries the concept of sustainability by using dyes and fibers from nature in each of its clothing products.

There was also the Indonesia’s Sketchers stand which sold a number of art works, such as sketch books, postcards, travel guides, to T-shirts with images of the sketches.

“We sell T-shirts for Rp120,000. For postcard, it depends, for example, one set or one item. One set is between Rp100,000 and Rp300,000, depending on the member,” said Indonesia Sketchers owner Yanuar Ikhsan.

Pasar Keliling co-founder Miko Pudji said the bazaar was a place to gain exposure for young people who have MSME artisanal products in the fields of clothing, artwork, souvenirs, food and beverages.

“Pasar Keliling tries to connect them with consumers who really love artisanal products like this,” said Miko. Pasar Keliling also curates artisanal brands that produce independently, from manufacture, sales, to marketing.

In the courtyard area, next to the museum, there was a food and beverage bazaar as well as live music by Vira Talisa, Mondo Gascaro and Deredia. At this bazaar, visitors must pay Rp250,000 ticket to enter the location. (Aini Tartinia)
