Meanwhile, Governor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono X received The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star to honor his efforts in building relations between Yogyakarta and Kyoto and Yamanashi Prefecture.
