Mursyid Bustami, Sp.S(K), KIC, MARS, Acting President Director of the National Brain Center Hospital, declares that mentoring activities, including proctoring surgeries, are performed in order to help the mentee hospital satisfy the requirements for hospital stratification standards. With this program, each hospital serving as a regional proctor is expected to be able to perform difficult surgeries, guide surgeries in the regional hospitals in their jurisdictions, and eventually, train these regional hospitals for same. 

“At Prof. Ngoerah Central General Hospital we record the availability of necessary health facilities, equipment, and supplies in each hospital. We also ensure that they have resources such as nerve surgeons who are able to perform the clipping treatment, as well as neuro-intervention workers, i.e. health workers who are able to perform vascular interventions,” dr.
