Jakarta, IO – Police raid online gambling network in Bali as part of its cyber patrol drive. A total of 37 people have been arrested.
Criminal Investigation Bureau (Bareskrim) cyber crime director Brig. Gen. Adi Vivid Agustiadi Bachtiar said the operation was the largest in the history of online gambling cases in Indonesia, per Okezone, Thursday (31/8).
“The suspects operate several online gambling websites including Hotel Slot 88, Jaya Slot 28, Cuan 88, Oscar 28, Sera 77,” said Adi.
Adi Vivid explained that they each have different roles. Some are the administrators, team leaders and coordinators.

Meanwhile, six of the suspects were arrested in Senayan Street, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta after police were tipped off by member of the public on August 11. (un)
