IO – Vasanta Group handed over the Tower Aoki and Botan units on March 8, 2021, Vasanta Innopark made another breakthrough by building one of the facilities that did not exist before in Indonesia – the largest thematic green open space called Nihon Park. This was celebrated through the Nihon Park Ground-breaking which was held on Saturday, April 3, 2021.
Nihon Park is the first Japanese Thematic Park in Indonesia to combine modern architecture with traditional Japanese culture, on a land area of 2 hectares; Nihon Park will become an iconic tourist spot in Eastern Jakarta within the MM2100 Area which connects all facilities within Vasanta Innopark. All apartment residents can spend time in Nihon Park while enjoying the Japanese nuances.
Entering the Nihon Park area, visitors will be greeted by the Ceremonial Walk, the main gate of the Japanese-style Nihon Park. In this 2 hectare green open space, various facilities make visitors feel like they are in Japan. Call it various facilities such as the Outdoor Gazebo, Amphitheater, Classical Garden, Bamboo Garden, Zen Garden, Fountain Plaza, Koi and Duck Pond, Japanese contemporary style Pavilion, Sensory Garden, and Herb Planting where gardening enthusiasts can channel their hobby here.
Complementing the Japanese nuance, a variety of foods can be found at Dotonbori Food Street. Not only enjoying the Japanese nuances displayed at Nihon Park, but visitors can also rent kimono and enjoy Japanese history and culture.
Chief Executive Officer of Vasanta Innopark Erick Wihardja hopes that the Ground-breaking of Nihon Park will increasingly attract Japanese expatriates and professional workers to choose to stay at Vasanta Innopark. “Previously, in December 2020, we had handed over more than 200 shophouses in the Vasanta Innopark project. The Ground-breaking event was held by the board of directors of Vasanta Innopark, Erick Wihardja as Chief Executive Officer, Nicholas Hum as Managing Director, Kimilia Wirjamihardja as Project Director, and Denny Asalim as Chief Marketing Officer.
Nihon Park can be enjoyed by visitors and residents of Vasanta Innopark apartments, including residents of Chihana Tower. The premium tower is currently being marketed by Vasanta Innopark. Tower Chihana is the third tower launched, continuing the successful sale of 90% of Tower Aoki and Botan. The ground-breaking event for Tower Chihana will be held in the middle of the year.
