Jakarta, IO – Jakarta Metropolitan traffic policeman issues manual tickets to motorists caught committing traffic violations at Hotel Indonesia (HI) roundabout, Jakarta, Wednesday (17/5).
Several vehicles were told to pull over because the drivers were caught using their cellphones and not carrying proper vehicle documents.
Officers also take strict action against motorbike riders who do not use helmets and attempted to flee when they saw the officers on duty.

The manual ticket was reinstated because the E-TLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) system is deemed not yet effective. (Septo Kun Wijaya)
