Container loading and unloading at Tanjung Priok

Jakarta, IO – The scene of container loading and unloading activities at Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta, Wednesday (27/7).

The Finance Ministry’s Fiscal Policy Agency (BKF) noted that exports and imports can support Indonesia’s economic growth in the second quarter of 2022 because it indicates a rebound in business activity.

Based on data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) in June 2022, Indonesia booked US$26.09 billion in export value, up 21.3 percent from US$21.51 billion recorded in the previous quarter. (Muhammad Hidayat)
