Jakarta, IO – PK Entertainment and Third Eye Management as the official promoters announced via their social media that Coldplay will be holding a concert in Jakarta.
“Coldplay Music of the Spheres World Tour Jakarta Gelora Bung Karno, Wednesday, November 15, 2023,” announced PK Entertainment, Tuesday (9/5).
Tickets will be officially sold via coldplayinjakarta.com website. The promoter divides ticket sales into two periods: BCA Presale on May 17-18 and the public on May 19.
PK Entertainment itself is known as one of the big promoters who has succeeded in bringing big name artists to Indonesia from Ed Sheeran, Shawn Mendes, Celine Dion, Backstreet Boys and Justin Bieber, just to name a few.
Coldplay is a rock band formed in London in 1996. Its members consist of Chris Martin as the lead singer, guitarist Jonny Buckland, bassist Guy Berryman and drummer Will Champion.

Coldplay rose to prominence with the release of the single “Dont panic” in 2000 and was followed by their debut album, Parachutes, released the same year and nominated for the Mercury Prize. Their second album, A Rush of Blood to the Head (2002), won several awards, including Album of the Year from NME. (rr)
