While most residents have left their homes, Sartain (49), registered as a resident of Cakung, East Jakarta had to remain living in his damaged house, due to economic hardship. He has been occupying a damaged house in Pantai Mekar Village belonging to a relative for the past two years. When his relative moved to another village, he and his family had no other place to live.
