Jakarta, IO – An apparent shortfall of comprehensive commercial areas in Cikarang City, against a large captive market with a population of 1,532,188 in the middle-up segment has inspired Sri Pertiwi Sejati (SPS) Group to plan construction of the noble Cikarang International City (CINITY) as a commercial and residential hub.
Development will take place over a total of 500 hectares, with the first phase of construction covering 50 hectares. CINITY will also feature 70 hectares of “green space” in a natural setting, away from the hustle and bustle of industry. Conveniently situated on the provincial line that runs from Karawang to Jakarta, CINITY offers excellent access and is only 5 minutes away from Cikarang Station. CINITY was officially launched on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at Mandiri Tower Assembly Hall, Jakarta.
In contrast to most Cikarang integrated industrial, commercial, and residential areas, which have the unintended effect of negatively impacting the health and comfort of its residents, CINITY will be built up as a 100 percent township, independent from the industrial city, with a potential investment value of up to IDR 20 trillion.
