Ming Liang also described how CINITY would create an entrepreneurial city for UKM participants on 35 hectares of land, by developing a commercial district with assistance from the Ministry of Cooperatives, UKM, and HIPMI. “We are committed to creating a city that is pro-offline retail, which will benefit SMEs, local goods and brands, and employment,” Ming added.
SPS Group is collaborating with HIPPINDO, the Association of Indonesian Retailers and Shopping Center Tenants, to assist CINITY’s occupancy in retail and broaden the range of the tenants to promote CINITY as an entrepreneurial city. This partnership is intended to help the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs in developing the MSME Special Zone.
During the launch on Wednesday (2/1/2023), CINITY officially introduced its first product: The Urban Hub, a collection of shophouses that serves as a commercial and residential area, adopting the idea of The Trilogy. All 96 units of the 3-story Urban Hub shophouses are fitted with private entrances on each floor. The SPS Group, assisted by PT Premier Quitas Indonesia, also showcased the stunningly-integrated CINITY Premier Lake Residence during the initial phase.
