OCS, Solenis Indonesia Highlight Promising FM industry in Indonesia

Jakarta, IO – OCS Indonesia, a leading company providing services and facilities management (FM), collaborated with Diversey, part of Solenis, to discuss in more depth the growing trend in the FM industry that are relevant to various industrial sectors in the country. The event titled “Global Facilities Management Trends in the 2024 Indonesian Market” was attended by industry experts, corporate leaders from various industrial sectors, as well as OCS Indonesia key account customers.

The first global FM conference in Jakarta presented key speakers such as Frank Ngoh Koh Fui, president of Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA); Ricardo Purba, COO of OCS Indonesia; and Karel van Gorp, VP marketing MEA and APAC/Global VP consumer brands of Diversey.

The conference was moderated by Andi Saputra, CFO of OCS Indonesia, and Amit Menon, country leader of Solenis Indonesia. The panelists consisted of Philippe Auberger of SiCepat, Mehdi Zaidi of Maxx Coffee & Sunshine Food Group, Fikri Mohammad Hakim of The Sanur, and Baoa Sinaga of OCS Indonesia.

OCS Indonesia managing director Yohanes Jeffry Johary said the event aimed to serve as a forum to share insights and keep abreast with the latest developments in the industry. “This activity is a continuation of discussions at the Singapore Facilities Management Expert Summit held by SIFMA some time ago, and brings it into the local context of the FM market in Indonesia,” explained Jeffry.

“We are going to discuss various aspects of FM at this event, how efforts can be made to turn global challenges into opportunities. We are optimistic about this enlightening discussion, with innovative ideas, and shared commitment to improving FM in Indonesia,” said Jeffry.
