V2 Indonesia collaborates with BNI to launch interactive digital services

Jakarta, IO – V2 Indonesia, a leading digital technology provider, has established a strategic partnership with PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Tbk to launch innovative projects in banking by introducing Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technology which used AI-powered MetaHuman, to be implemented in every BNI super outlet and business flagship.

The project, integrated into the BNI Corporate Transformation Program, is a business transformation initiative from BNI towards digital services. One aspect of this program is the development of AR and VR at Super Flagship and Business Flagship outlets. With technological support from V2 Indonesia, the application of this technology will make it easy for customers to explore BNI products and services in interactive manner.

In the initial stage, BNI’s AR and VR technology implementation uses an augmented reality tablet equipped with 360 AR and has a dashboard that generates big data, as well as virtual reality headsets to explore virtual worlds with Metahuman AI that can respond to customer needs at BNI Pejompongan, Graha BNI Sudirman and BNI BUMN Building.

“We are proud to collaborate with Bank BNI and introduce AR and VR technology as well as integrated digital creative content on the dashboard in BNI’s Super and Business Flagship outlets. Hopefully this collaboration can provide benefits for business development and consumers. The use of the latest technology will enable BNI to carry out every banking activity or display product showcases and activate pop-ups by presenting more interesting and creative content,” said V2 Indonesia founder and CEO Rudi Hidayat.

In addition to outlets, V2 Indonesia and Bank BNI will develop AR/VR applications that allow personalization of user experience, exploration of BNI products through AR/VR technology, as well as monitoring usage through dashboard portals to the use of AI technology into every delivery of service to its customers.

V2 Indonesia project manager Richard Harris added that his company has carried out several of the most innovative projects using its range of technologies. “Through this collaboration, we hope that in the future banking services in the country can create more interesting and informative interactions between customers and banking services. The partnership with BNI itself is a form of BNI’s commitment to provide innovative and relevant services for customers and to maintain its position as a leading financial institution in adopting the latest technology,” he said.

V2 Indonesia hopes to provide in-depth experiences to customers in exploring BNI solutions through AR tablets and virtual reality headsets. This project will be proof of BNI and V2 Indonesia’s commitment to digital innovation in the form of a new outlet prototype and is expected to be a source of new potential leads for the BNI marketing team, opening up opportunities to reach new customers through the use of cutting-edge technology. It is hoped that with this collaboration V2 Indonesia can realize its vision “Experience the Future Now – We Are From the Future.”

Previously, V2 Indonesia successfully presented stunning digital graphic attractions through Disguise projection mapping technology using a processor called OmniCal at the National Monument (Monas), as well as collaboration with state-run movie production house Produksi Film Negara (PFN) to launch the ImXR disguise-powered extended reality (xR) stage at Gereja Bethel Indonesia (GBI) PRJ, stunningly performed at the 2022 NXC International Summit, and collaborated successfully with PT Dektos Digital Corbuzier to present podcast content and digital entertainment ecosystem.
