Jakarta, IO — Prabowo Subianto, patron of the Prabowo Subianto Djojohadikusumo Foundation (YPSD) advised students in remote areas not to give up in achieving their dreams and aspirations even in the midst of limitations. He conveyed this at the launching of Garuda TV Education on Monday (12/2).
The program is a collaboration between YPSD and Garuda TV which has helped around 712 schools to obtain internet and technology access in various regions of Indonesia. Through a video call to a number of children in remote corners of the archipelago, Prabowo advised them not to be disheartened or demotivated in the face of difficulty or obstacles.
“Never give up, have the determination to move forward, make your parents proud, face the future with confidence,” Prabowo said.

Prabowo also believes that they should have a burning enthusiasm to achieve their goals in life.
“I always say, they must be enthusiastic, have a strong will to pursue knowledge so that they can be successful in the future, can help their parents and be useful to the nation and society,” he added.
