Jakarta, IO – In Indonesia, Integrated Service Posts (Posyandu) play an important role in improving the quality of maternal and child health. Posyandu provides routine health services to children, such as immunizations, weighing, measuring height, and other health checks. These efforts help identify health problems early and provide appropriate interventions.

Lazada Indonesia, as an eCommerce platform operating in Indonesia, realizes the important role of companies in contributing to public health, especially for mothers and children who live around the company’s operational locations. Therefore, Lazada inaugurated the Posyandu facility in Kelurahan Jatijajar, Cimanggis, Depok, West Java, Friday (1/12/2023). It is hoped that this Posyandu can facilitate the community’s need for integrated health services, especially for mothers and children who live in the area.

“After discussing with the Jatijajar community and understanding the need for integrated health facilities, we decided to build a Posyandu. We hope that this facility can encourage public awareness of the importance of maintaining health, especially among mothers and children who live in Kelurahan Jatijajar,” said VP Facilities & HSE Logistics Lazada Indonesia, Douglas Pakpahan.
