For Azad personally, the celebration also has sentimental value as it marked the end of his 12-year tenure. In his view, Indonesia has become his second home that has given him many unforgettable memories. He also expressed his gratitude and hoped that good relations between two countries would remain strong amidst various global and geopolitical dynamics.

“Thank you very much for your cooperation and assistance during my mission. Let’s promise not to forget each other and face difficulties alone,” he said. (bp/un)
