Jakarta, IO – The government has again prepared 166,000 housing subsidies through the 2024 Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP).
Public Works and Housing Ministry (PUPR) infrastructure and housing financing director general Herry Trisaputra Zuna said up to Rp13.72 trillion of funds has been allocated for the program, per Republika, Thursday (7/9).
In addition, Herry said the government has also re-allocated Rp680 billion in Subsidy Funds for Down Payment Assistance (SBUM), an FLPP companion program which has also been prepared for down payments for the 166,000 housing units as part of the government’s efforts to provide low-cost housing for low-income population.

PUPR Ministry through the Public Housing Savings Program (BP Tapera) has also prepared 7,251 houses for low-income segment that will be financed through public funds saved with BP Tapera.
“Thus, the total housing assistance fund prepared for next year is for 173,251 units,” said Herry. (un)
