Jakarta IO – GRAMMY® winner and multiplatinum jazz singer Diana Krall will hold a solo concert in Indonesia next year at JIEXPO Theater, Kemayoran, Jakarta.
Rajawali Indonesia, as the event promoter, confirmed that the concert will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, and tickets will be available from Thursday, Nov 30, 2023, at 08:59 Jakarta time at www.dianakralljakarta.com. “We are delighted to bring Diana Krall back to Indonesia. Hopefully, this can appease fans who could not get tickets when Diana performed in Prambanan Jazz in 2018. It is also wonderful news for those who want to stroll down memory lane with Diana Krall’s work,” said Anas Alimi, the founder of Rajawali Indonesia.
Diana Krall is the only jazz singer with eight albums to debut at the top of the Billboard Jazz Albums chart. To date, she has received two GRAMMY® Awards, ten Juno® Awards and earned nine Gold, three Platinum and seven multi-Platinum albums.
The 1999 album, “When I Look in Your Eyes”, was perched at #1 on Billboard’s Jazz charts for 52 weeks – an unprecedented feat! It also won two GRAMMY® Awards and a Platinum in the US and Canada.
