Jakarta, IO – The suspicious woman was arrested around 7 am this morning by a traffic cop directing traffic on the street adjacent to the State Palace.
“There was a woman walking from Harmoni to Merdeka Utara St.,” said Jakarta traffic police director Chief Commissioner Latif Usman, as reported by CNN Indonesia, Tuesday (25/10).
“Because she acted suspiciously, she was approached by a member of Paspampres [Presidential Security Detail] on duty. She then took out an FN pistol and pointed it at the member,” he elaborated on the chronology.

Latif said the woman was immediately arrested and handed over to the Central Jakarta Police Depatment.
The police confiscated a number of evidences, including an FN pistol, a black backpack containing a holy book, a pink wallet, and a mobile phone. The woman is now being questioned by the Jakarta Police. (un)
