Jakarta, IO – Activists from the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) wore frog masks wrapped in burlap sacks during a protest in front of the French Embassy, Jakarta (27/2).
They urged the French government to ban imports of frog meat following PETA’s investigation into seven frog meat industry operations in Indonesia. Indonesia is the largest exporter of frog meat in the world.
