Jakarta, IO – The Immigration Directorate General has updated the provisions for foreign nationals stay permit. According to its official Instagram account @ditjen_imigrasi on Friday (13/5), the regulation which came into effect on May 12.
First, foreigners with 60-day Visa 211 can apply for an extension of the first visit stay permit for 60 days and can be extended to a second visit stay permit for 60 days (a total of 180 days). Second, stay permits for first and second visit are recorded in biometrics at the Immigration office.

Third, the application fee for 60-day visit stay permit is Rp2,000,000 as stipulated by the Finance Minister Regulation 9/PMK.02/2022. Lastly, the granting of a visit stay permit may not exceed 180 days.
