At WIR Group’s GMS on Friday, June 9, 2023, WIR Group sought shareholder approval regarding the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the financial year ending on December 31, 2022, determining the use of net profit, the public accounting firm for the 2023 fiscal year, and Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors remunerations. The meeting also reaffirmed the Articles of Association and the shareholder structure. WIR Group also announced the completion of its IPO fund.
