Jakarta, IO – Photography enthusiasts visit the World Press Photo 2023 exhibition at the Erasmus Huis cultural center, Jakarta, Tuesday (12/9).

The photo exhibition displays photojournalism and documentary works from various parts of the world on pressing issues currently facing the world, ranging from the climate crisis, communities and the impact of war on civilians.

Visitors are invited to think critically and look deeper into global issues through the lens of photojournalism. In this 66th edition there are 60,000 works representing six regions: Africa, Asia, Europe, North and Central America, South America, and Southeast Asia and Oceania. This exhibition will run until September 23 after which it will be held at Pendhapa Art Space Yogyakarta from October 1-23.
