The Government has declared Indonesia a 2024 world fashion center as the country continues to grow talented young designers and emerging fashion industries. The positive growth of the fashion industry provides Muslim fashion designers with a perfect opportunity to design and make halal fashion products to meet the growing needs of local and international markets.

Jimin “BTS” is officially the first South Korean soloist topping the Billboard Hot 100 with his song, “Like Crazy”. “Jimin’s “Like Crazy” blasts in at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart, marking his first leader – and the first for a member of superstar South Korean pop group BTS. He’s also the first South Korean solo artist to lead the list,” declared Billboard’s official webpage on Wednesday (05-04- 2023). 

Dhani Ahmad Prasetyo, more familiarly known as “Ahmad Dhani”, is a founder of Indonesian legendary band Dewa 19. His works are known to all lovers of Indonesian music, since the 1990’s. He started to showcase his musical talents to the world in 1986, when he recruited classmates Andra Junaidi, Erwin Prasetya, and Wawan Juniarso as members of his band when they were still students at the National Middle School 6 in Surabaya. 

Soundrenaline! The most iconic music festival in Indonesia is back for its 19th iteration. Year after year, it is a forum for our homeland’s innovative stage arts to showcase their talent and work for the masses, allowing the audience to absorb different experiences from a whole spectrum of musicians, comics, and others, right here in Indonesia. 

The “2023 Now Playing Festival” event successfully took place on March 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, and 12 of 2023 at Pussenif Field, Bandung, attracting thousands of music enthusiasts. The Festival managed to revive the creative industry, particularly the music concert business in Bandung and West Java in general. Although the Festival has ended, the good feelings and ambiance linger on.

She has worked in fashion for over 15 years, including in major European fashion brands. “I have also taught actively in fashion schools. Again, Hammersonic has proved to be the biggest rock music festival in Southeast Asia. Always featuring strong metal and rock bands, no matter what country they come from, it’s no wonder that enthusiastic Hammerheads eagerly await their performance each year. Now, it is scheduled to appear here in Carnaval Beach, Ancol, ready to rock us with 53 performers from multiple countries on 18-19 March 2023. 

Jisoo of BLACKPINK uploaded a curious photo on her personal Instagram account, @sooyaaa__, on Sunday (05/03/2023): a view of a wide grass plains dotted with tiny white flowers, and an oddly crumpled piece of red cloth in the forefront, and the starkly simple title, “Jisoo Coming Soon”, emblazoned in the top middle of the shot, and the date “FRI, 31.3.2023” right below it. What could it possibly mean? 

President Joko Widodo expressed his wish during the 2018 Muslim Fashion Festival (“Muffest”) that Indonesia should become the global center for Muslim fashion. He believes that the potential creativity of our designers will inject difference and variety into such fashion. 

“Now Playing Festival”, incoming! This annual music festival is back for its third iteration. Created by promotor Nada Promotama in 2019, it is the biggest music in Bandung, with 14 performers in its first lineup and over 23,000 audience members thrilled by its debut. 

CK STAR Entertainment successfully a held Woke UP Fest, a music special festival on Saturday, 25 February 2023, at the Senayan Sports Complex, Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta. It featured both international artists One Republic, Dean Lewis, Tina She, Man with a Mission, Jessia, and Indonesian artists Padi Reborn, Kunto Aji, Marion Jola, and HIVI in its lineup.
