First Coldplay concert in Indonesia – finally!

The long wait endured by Coldplay’s Indonesian fans before they can watch their idol live is ending. The London-based band has officially announced their Asia and Australia tour schedule, including Jakarta as one of the cities they will be visiting on 15 November 2023.

Jakarta, IO – “Make Things” has officially announced MyFest.id, a one-day music festival set to take place on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at 15 Brigif Field, Kujang Cimahi, Bandung. The gate will open at 10 a.m., and the festival will run from 1 p.m. to 11.30 p.m. 

The 3 Decades of Ari Lasso’s Love Journey

Seventeen’s latest best-selling K-Pop album breaks BTS’ record

South Korea boyband Seventeen set a new record, as the group with the highest-selling album in K-Pop history, through its 10th extended play album FML, released 24 April 2023. On its official webpage, Hanteo Chart reported that the band sold 4,550,214 copies of the album in its debut week (24-30 April 2023). 

Fujii Kaze and the piano Asia Tour 2023

Fujii Kaze, Japan’s rising music star, is taking his music to a higher level with his new concert, “Fujii Kaze and the piano Asia Tour 2023” – which will include Jakarta. With AEG Presents, PK Entertainment, and Sound Rhythm as promoters, he will be performing on Friday, 7 July 2023, at The Kasablanka Hall Jakarta. His uniquely Japanese combination of pop, rock, and R&B, as well as his unusual voice and lyrics, won the young artist fans across his nation and from around the world. 

Kris Dayanti’s “Mencintaimu” re-released in orchestral format

Raya Music officially is to release the remake of Kris Dayanti (“KD”)’s single, “Mencintaimu” (“To Love You”), with The Orchard and Triyakom as distributors. Indonesian Master Composer Erwin Gutawa rearranged the music, and he also led the Czech Symphony Orchestra in the creation of a more grandiose, elegant, and colossal format of the song.
