Jakarta, IO – The Eid al-Adha committee of the Cut Meutia Mosque had just finished slaughtering the sacrificial animals whose meat would be distributed to the people in need at mosque’s courtyard, Jakarta, (17/6). On this year’s “Festival of Sacrifice,” the mosque distributed 1,700 packets of meat to eligible residents.
The packets were delivered directly to the residents of Central Jakarta, through the coordinators in each target area. However, there are also people without the charity coupons who queued in person at the mosque to receive the meat donation.
