The mansion’s gate has a small, typical Chinese arched gateway structure, which is usually called a paifang. The entrance ticket costs IDR 35,000 per person, and tourists can freely explore Tjong A Fie’s Mansion, which was erected in 1900.
The walls on the right are decorated with old Tjong A Fie photos. Among the photographs, one is striking; it is a photograph of him with his three wives and children. Another photo shows his relationship with the Dutch rulers.
