Jakarta, IO – The official residence of the Medan mayor Bobby Nasution on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman, Medan, North Sumatra was burglarized. The perpetrators stole basic necessities worth Rp3 million.
Police announced that they have arrested suspects identified their initials EN (42), AS (39) and AD (44), according to the head of Medan Police criminal investigation unit Jama Kita Purba. “They have been remanded in custody,” said Jama, per CNN Indonesia, Mon (27/5).
Jama explained ES is a cook at Bobby’s official residence, while AS is a local public order police (Satpol PP) personnel, and AD is ES’s husband. He said the suspects had carried out the acts since October 2023.

Preliminary investigation found that the theft occurred on Friday (26/4) at around 2pm WIB. It was reported by the butler, Muh Sori Muda Pane. The staples stolen consisted of bags of rice, cooking oil, sugar and kitchen utensils such as plates, tablespoons and forks. (un)
