Jakarta, IO – The Indonesian men’s doubles badminton players, Leo Rolly Carnando/Daniel Marthin, successfully won the 2024 Indonesia Masters tournament after defeating Denmark pair Kim Astrup/Anders Skaarup Rasmussen in the final round which took place at Istora Senayan, Jakarta, Sunday (28/1) evening.
Leo/Daniel were Indonesia’s last remaining players in the final. The match was intense; the two sides were chasing each points forcing a rubber game but Leo/Daniel managed to maintain their lead and cruised to victory with 21-11, 20-22, 21-11.

Nicknamed “The Babies”, their achievement is special because they managed to defend the Indonesia Masters title. This makes them the first pair to win the Indonesia Masters consecutively since Marcus Gideon/Kevin Sanjaya’ triple wins from 2018-20.
