Jakarta, IO – A number of residents exchange cardboard waste at Waste Station Blok M,Jakarta. Waste stations are Rekosistem recycling stations established at several points in order to reduce waste in Jakarta by up to 30 percent.

This waste can be exchanged for additional balance points in a digital wallet. Some of the waste that can be exchanged must be dry and not smelly, such as plastic, cardboard, paper, metal, glass, used electronics and used cooking oil.

For points exchanged for digital wallet balance, the calculation for every deposit of this waste per kilogram one will get 800 points (Rp800), used cooking oil per kilogram gets 3,000 points (Rp3,000).
