Jakarta, IO – The Trade Ministry and the Commodity Futures Trade Regulatory Agency (Bappebti) blocked 218 unlicensed commodity futures trading (PBK) websites between January-March.
“This blocking was done collaboration with the Communication and Information Ministry. In total there are 218 domains including Binomo Investasi, CV-JMI, Forex Investasi Indonesia, NordFx, PT Danareksa Investment, PT HSBC Investasi, PT OSO Manajemen Investasi and several others,” said Bappebti’s division head for legislation and enforcement Aldison in an official statement received by Observerid.com on Wednesday (20/4).

He explained that any party conducting futures trading activities inside the territory of Indonesia must have a permit from Bappebti and be subject to and comply with the laws in Indonesia.
