“The time it takes to cremate depends on the weight of the animal. Usually, those that weigh 10-15 kg will take an hour. The longest time we had was of an Alaskan Malamute dog weighing 65 kg, it lasted from 10 am-5 pm,” said the mother of two children.

After being cremated, the ashes will be kept in a special urn that they owners can bring themselves. But Joan also sells urn which he divides into three sizes: Category A for animal that weighs more than 27 kg, Category B between 25-27 kg, and Category C up to 15 kg.
