Two soccer players from Belgian league will be naturalized

Jakarta, IO – In May, two soccer players who play in the Belgian league will be naturalized to strengthen the Indonesian National Team.

According to the official website of the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) on Friday (13/5), one of the players is Jordi Amat, who will fly from Barcelona to Jakarta on Saturday (14/5).

While in Jakarta, the K.A.S. Eupen player will visit the Spanish Embassy and conduct a medical check-up at a hospital. Another player, Sandy Walsh, is schedule to come to Jakarta next week.

According to PSSI chairman Mochamad Iriawan, Jordi and Sandy Walsh’s naturalization process will be accelerated. The Youth and Sports Ministry (Kemenpora) and the Law and Human Rights Ministry (Kemenkumham) will help expedite the naturalization process.
