Transjakarta buses in 13 routes to operate 24 hours from today

Jakarta, IO – PT Transjakarta has officially extended its operating hours in 13 corridors to 24 hours starting today, Monday (12/9). Transjakarta spokesperson Anang Rizkani Noor said there are several reasons behind the decision, one being to accommodate people who work late into the night.

“Hopefully the operating hours extension will help the community mobility, especially after the fuel price hike,” said Anang, as reported by Okezone, Monday (12/9).

The thirteen corridors slated for 24-hour operation are Corridor I (Blok M – Kota), Corridor II (Pulogadung – Harmoni), Corridor III (Kalideres – Pasar Baru), Corridor IV (Pulogadung 2 – Dukuh Atas), Corridor V (Kampung Melayu – Ancol), Corridor VI (Ragunan – Dukuh Atas 2), Corridor VII (Kampung Rambutan – Kampung Melayu), Corridor VIII (Lebak Bulus – Harmoni), Corridor IX (Pinang Ranti – Pluit), Corridor X (PGC 2 – Tanjung Priok), Corridor XI (Kampung Melayu – Pulo Gebang), Corridor XII (Penjaringan – Tanjung Priok) and Corridor XII (Puri Beta – Tendean).
