The incident was then reported to the commander of the Ambalat XXVIII Task Force, Captain Andreas Parsaulian Manalu. It then coordinated and contacted the Navy’s Frog Command (Kopaska), the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), and the TNI’s Strategic Intelligence Agency (Bais), as well as the Joint Intelligence Unit (SGI), intelligence division of Military Command (Kodim) 0911, East Sebatik Police Department, and Immigration.
