Jakarta, IO – The atmosphere of the 2023 Sea Games athlete parade at Hotel Indonesia (HI) Roundabout, Jakarta, Friday (19/05).
Athletes who took part were paraded from the Sports and Youth Ministry (Kemenpora) toward Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) sports complex by buses.
The event was held to is appreciate the athletes who have won the gold medals at the biennial regional sporting competition, this year hosted by Cambodia.
The number of medals won by Indonesia this year exceeded the target. The country grabbed a total of 276 medals comprising 87 golds, 80 silvers and 109 bronzes.
