IO – Cantonese cuisine with its unique taste —such as Sichuan and Dongbe — is the most-commonly served of the Eight Culinary Traditional Chinese eating styles. Cantonese dishes are very easy to find in Hong Kong and highly sought after as daily meals, although they originated from Guangdong Province, China.

Cantonese dishes are usually composed of a modest amount of Guangdong Province’s abundant natural seafood and vegetable-dominated ingredients, in contrast to Sichuan and Dongbei Provinces’ strongly-spiced dishes. Cantonese chefs only use a moderate amount of spices to get the real taste of the dishes’ ingredients to stand out.
