The 40-metre waterfall is situated at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level, making it look like a white curtain with a fast flowing water. In fact, it is also surrounded by several smaller waterfalls.

However, during the rainy season, the area around the waterfall is often flooded. Thus, visitors are prohibited from visiting due to the strong river current.

The waterfall is quite difficult to reach due to the rugged terrain. Visitors must be careful because they have to cross at least two small streams to get there.

The entrance fee very affordable, only Rp4,000 with parking fee for motorcycle costing Rp2,000 and car Rp7,000. There are also stalls and several scenic photo spots which charge Rp5,000. Can’t wait to visit? (bp)
