Jakarta, IO – The 2022 Airline Index, a survey conducted by travel service platform Bounce, concluded that Lion Air is the worst airline in the world in 2022, reported Bisnis on Wednesday (16/11). The survey encompassed 50 largest airlines in the world and 12 U.S.-based airlines.
Based on several aspects surveyed, Lion Air received a score of only 0.72 out of 10. On timely arrival, it only managed to score 42.27 percent. On cancellation rate, it scored 34.43 percent. This means a third of its flights have been cancelled over the past year.
Not only that, Lion Air only got 1 out of 5 for in-flight food and entertainment, and 2 out of 5 for comfort and services.
