“Mayor Graffenried gives his optimal support in the search for Eril. On the same occasion, Mr. Ridwan Kamil and Mrs. Atalia also met with Mr. Heinrich, a resident of Bern who at the time of the incident helped pull Eril’s younger sister and his friend to the river bank,” reads the official statement from the Indonesian Embassy in Bern on Tuesday (31/5).
Heinrich expressed his deep sympathy to Ridwan Kamil. Ridwan Kamil also thanked Heinrich for helping Zara.
“Mr. Heinrich also conveys his deep sympathy to Mr. Ridwan Kamil, and receives appreciation and gratitude from Eril’s family,” the statement continued.
