Jakarta, IO – Democratic Party advisory council chairman and former Indonesian president Susilo Bambang “SBY” Yudhoyono asked all party cadres to fully support to the Prabowo Subianto administration.
In his view, Prabowo is a figure with clear work programs and measurable objectives.
“The Democratic Party is determined to ensure the success of the next president and his administration because if it is successful, the Indonesian people will be joyful,” said SBY at the celebration of the 23rd anniversary of the party, as per the Democratic Party’s YouTube channel, Tue (10/9).
SBY also called on all his cadres to support the transition. “We also need to ensure that the transition from President Jokowi to President Prabowo is a success. This is a manifestation of political ethics. The Democratic Party knows about the ethics and morality in politics,” said SBY.

The Democratic Party is one of the parties that support Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka in the 2024 presidential election, together with Gerindra, Golkar, PAN, PSI, PBB, Garuda, Gelora, and Prima Party. (un)
