Jakarta, IO – Tourism and Creative Economy Minister Sandiaga Uno appreciated efforts by Indonesian singer Agnes Monica, who recently introduced Indonesian cuisine to the United States when she was invited as a guest on the Good Mythical Morning YouTube channel.
Known by her stage name Agnez Mo, she promoted some of the country’s best known culinary delights during the International Street Food Taste Test program hosted by Rhett McLaughlin and Link Neal aired on Thursday (21/4). Agnez Mo seemed enthusiastic when she tasted pempek (fish cake), sweet martabak (pancake), and ceker setan (literally, devil’s claws).

“This is called a sweet martabak, a dessert. You can see nuts, chocolate, cheese as its topping,” said Agnez.
