Jakarta, IO – Indonesia’s top diva, Ruth Sahanaya, magnetized the audience in her latest intimate New Year’s A DAZZLING NIGHT WITH RUTH SAHANAYA concert, presented by the Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel Jakarta and held at the Puri Agung Convention Center Saturday (12/31/2022).
Four hundred tickets were quickly sold out, showing the enthusiasm of her fans, who longed to take in her captivating performance. The concert ticket also comes with prizes rendering meal and stay vouchers at the Sahid Jaya Hotel, and smartphones and a motorcycle for the grand prize if the audience could answer the questions provided in the quiz.
The DAZZLING NIGHT WITH RUTH SAHANAYA concert presented the diva’s legendary hits. After the clock stroke 12, Uthe —Ruth’s nickname— sang her party-tuned songs where she gave her exceptional performance.
The concert began at nearly 11 p.m. when the audience screamed hysterically following the diva’s appearance on stage in her turquoise dress. There were two sessions in the show. In the first session, Uthe performed her legendary songs “Satu”, “Satu, Seputih Kasih”, and “Ingin Kumiliki.” Uthe soon got in her silver dress and performed “Astaga” and asked the audience to sing along. The fans quickly sang along to her next songs: “Kaulah Segalanya”, “Andaikan Kau Datang”, “Bawa Daku Pergi”, “Keliru”, “Sesaat Kau Hadir”, dan “Semua Jadi Satu”.
