Jakarta, IO – Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto revealed his plan when he retires as minister. He admitted that he wished to set up a football club. To realize his dream, Prabowo has even prepared a name for the club.
“When I retire [as Defense Minister], my goal is to establish a football club. I already have a name in mind, Nusantara United. So that’s my other mission in life,” said Prabowo when he gave a speech at Pancasila University graduation ceremony recently.
Prabowo is of the view that the track record of the Indonesian football could not only be seen as mere sport, but also the pride of the nation. Therefore, he appealed to the public to always support the national football team, even when they suffer defeat.
