Jakarta, IO – A Russian woman named Alina, who was photographed posing naked on a sacred tree on the grounds of Babakan Temple in Tabanan regency, Bali apologized and said she wasn’t aware that the tree is deemed sacred by locals.
“I’m so embarassed, I didn’t mean to offend you in any way, I had absolutely no knowledge of this place. I just prayed under a tree and went straight to the police station to explain this incident and apologize,” she wrote on her Instagram account alina_yogi, Thursday (5/5).
She specifically apologized to all Balinese people.
