Previously, Bharada E has been named a suspect who shot Brigadier J at Ferdy Sambo’s residence during a gunfight. He was charged with Article 338 in conjunction with Article 55 (1) in conjunction with Article 56 of the Penal Code.

They include three one-star generals, five police chief commissioners, three superintendents, two commissioners, seven junior officers, as well as five constables.
In addition, the National Police headquarters demoted Inspector General Ferdy Sambo to Mobile Brigade (Brimob) headquarters in Kelapa Dua, Depok, pending further investigation of this role. (rr)
